The equipment has significant advantages: First, the welding quality is stable. Through CCD + red light monitoring and automatic weld identification, the welding materials can be accurately filled, the welds are beautiful and firm, defects such as cold welds and over-welding are reduced, and the product qualification rate is greatly improved; second, the efficiency is high, supporting 24-hour continuous operation, with a high degree of automation, and is not affected by environmental and human factors. The efficiency is 3-4 times higher than that of traditional welding; third, it reduces costs and labor. It can automatically flip thick plate welds, reducing labor intensity. One person can operate 2-3 devices, while optimizing the amount of welding materials and reducing labor and material costs.
The BWT series offers laser power ranging from 1500-6000W to meet the welding needs of metals of varying thicknesses. The welding head can rotate 360 degrees and tilt 45 degrees, making it easy to weld in challenging locations. A water cooling system ensures long-term stable operation, and the power supply is flexible to accommodate diverse workshop power conditions. Each of the four models has a distinct focus, covering welding of small and medium-sized parts to large, load-bearing components, making them core equipment for advancing industrial welding automation.
