The DMK 3000W 6-Axis Industrial Robot Arm Laser Welding Machine is an automated solution designed specifically for high-precision metal welding. Its core advantages lie in the high flexibility of its 6-axis robotic arm and the robust stability of its laser system. The robotic arm features six kinematic joints (rotating S-axis, lower arm L-axis, upper arm U-axis), enabling precise end-user motion with six degrees of freedom. Combined with a 360° oscillating welding head, it easily handles the multi-angle welding demands of complex and irregular workpieces such as cabinets, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, and elevator guardrails.
The laser system utilizes a 3000W fiber laser source with a wavelength of 1064nm. The focused spot diameter is only 0.1-0.2mm, concentrating heat and minimizing the heat-affected zone. It achieves a penetration of up to 2.5mm in stainless steel welding, resulting in smooth, aesthetically pleasing welds and significantly reducing subsequent polishing. The device also supports optional CCD monitoring and high-precision weld seam tracking. Laser sensors enable non-contact workpiece positioning, reducing assembly precision requirements. Furthermore, it can be used in conjunction with an external axis positioner to weld large workpieces.
Offering exceptional practicality and safety, the device features a built-in 5P cooling system, eliminating the need for an external water source and maintaining temperature control accuracy of less than 1°C, ensuring long-term stable operation. Supporting 24/7 continuous operation, it boasts production efficiency far exceeding that of manual welding and can replace manual labor in hazardous environments, reducing operational risks. Operating with a CNC 2000 English control system, the device features a simple interface and minimal skill requirements. Compatible with a variety of metals, including stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, and copper, it is an ideal choice for improving welding efficiency and quality in the metalworking industry.
