In terms of core performance, the device utilizes a three-drive-wheel linkage structure, achieving wire feeding accuracy within ±0.05mm and a wide adjustable output speed from 0.3-15m/min. It can accommodate a variety of welding wires (diameters 0.6-1.6mm), including carbon steel, stainless steel, high-strength steel, and aluminum alloy. No drive wheel replacement is required; simply switching parameters on the panel allows for easy adaptation, minimizing work interruptions. It also features built-in intelligent welding condition recognition, automatically matching the optimal wire feed speed and pressure based on the wire material and workpiece thickness. This prevents problems such as lack of fusion and undercutting caused by improper parameter settings, improving weld yield by over 40%. Designed for practicality, the machine's body is constructed of a shatter-resistant alloy with an IP54 rating, protecting it from dust and oil in the workshop. The operator panel features a 7-inch touchscreen with preset parameters and storage (it can store 10 commonly used welding plans). New welders can easily master the process in just 5 minutes by accessing preset plans. Furthermore, the machine includes a large 10kg wire hopper with a visible display showing remaining wire, eliminating the need for frequent openings to check. Equipped with dual cooling fans, it supports 24-hour continuous operation, and its motor life is double that of standard models.
