This avoids cutting burrs and material waste caused by coaxial deviation.
It supports power supply via 2 built-in 14500 rechargeable lithium batteries (single battery ≥1000mAh) or an external 5V power bank. Weighing only 575g without batteries and featuring a compact size, it can be easily carried to different workstations, meeting the calibration needs of multiple laser devices in the workshop.
Connect to the device via WiFi (password: 88888888) and enter the IP address "192.168.0.1:8088" in the mobile browser to access the operation interface. It supports three languages: Chinese, English, and Japanese. The clear workflow (device alignment → nozzle photography → red light adjustment → coaxial calibration) allows even beginners to master it quickly.
Auto mode provides numerical prompts to confirm calibration accuracy, suitable for regular scenarios. Manual mode (Mid) relies on visual observation for calibration, which can handle special situations such as unstable laser red light and spot fluctuations, enhancing calibration flexibility.
Suitable for coaxial calibration of nozzles in fiber laser cutting machines and CO₂ laser cutting machines. Regular use maintains the cutting precision of the equipment, prevents nozzle deviation caused by long-term use, and ensures the smoothness of cut edges for metal and non-metal materials.
After laser cutting nozzles are worn out or replaced with new ones, the NVA can quickly complete coaxial calibration to ensure alignment between the new nozzle and the laser optical path, avoiding increased scrap rates during the first cutting due to nozzle misalignment.
With its portability and dual-power supply, it can be used for coaxial precision inspection of multiple laser cutting machines in the workshop. It quickly identifies and calibrates equipment with excessive deviation, improving the overall processing stability of the production line.
After maintenance of the laser cutting head and adjustment of the optical path, the NVA accurately calibrates the nozzle coaxiality, ensuring the performance of the repaired equipment is restored and reducing secondary failures caused by improper calibration.
