It is ideal for jewelry hole filling, prong setting repair, and ring resizing (without stone removal). It can also be used for watch repair and welding of small electronic communication parts.
The equipment offers significant advantages, including adjustable solder joint diameters from 0.2 to 2mm and a 10X microscope (CCD/coaxial CCD positioning) for high precision. Equipped with shielding gas, the welds remain oxidation-free and aesthetically pleasing. Utilizing a UK-imported ceramic focusing cavity and a long-life xenon lamp, it supports 24-hour continuous operation and is maintenance-free for 10,000 hours, minimizing downtime. The LED bilingual Chinese and English touchscreen is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for beginners to use. An automatic light shielding system synchronizes with laser activation to prevent eye damage. A water cooling system with automatic water refill eliminates frequent manual operation, and low power consumption (2kW/7A for the DHH-100 and 3kW/10A for the DHH-150) ensures energy efficiency and stability.
Measuring only 790x430x590mm and weighing 65kg, it occupies a small footprint and is easily maneuverable, making it ideal for the limited space of jewelry workshops. It requires no industrial high-voltage electricity, operating on AC220V±5% single-phase power. It operates in a flexible operating environment (0-35°C, 5%-85% humidity), and is ready for operation after simple unboxing and commissioning, fully meeting the needs of the jewelry industry and precision welding scenarios.
